What comes in our subscription box?

Each delivery includes a fresh, handpicked bouquet curated in Teleflora’s signature style. Our bouquets rotate throughout the year to reflect each season, so you’ll enjoy a variety of blooms, colors, and designs over time. Every shipment is packaged to help your flowers travel safely and arrive ready to enjoy, along with care instructions to help you get the longest vase life possible. Vase not included in subscription price.

Will I receive the same bouquet more than once?

We aim to keep every delivery fresh and exciting by regularly rotating bouquet designs. Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes throughout the year, you may occasionally see similar flower types or styles but the overall look will include different colors, stems, and design combinations. The goal is for each delivery to feel unique while still staying true to Teleflora.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes! A Teleflora subscription makes an easy, meaningful gift that keeps blooming long after the first delivery. During checkout, you can mark the subscription as a gift and include a gift message for the recipient. Gift subscriptions can be set to renew or end after the selected term (depending on the option chosen). You’ll also receive notifications when each shipment is on its way, so you know when the recipient is about to get their flowers.

How do I manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription, log into your account on https://subscriptions.teleflora.com and click on the “Subscriptions” tab. If you have questions about your subscription, you can reach Customer Support at subscriptions@teleflora.com.
